You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
